Denver Airport Parking FAQ's
Q. Where do you do you pick up and drop off at DIA?
A. We drop you off at your airline check-in gate and pick up at ground transportation level 5, Island 3, both on the east and west side. Your driver will give you written pick-up instructions when he drops you off.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR RETURN PICK-UP
Please read and keep this information available for your return pick-up at the airport.
We are only authorized to pick up in two locations.
From the west side, exit door # 504 and go to the north end of Lane 3(also referred to as island 3). Stand near the sign: “Off-Airport Parking”
From the east side, exit door # 513 and go to the south end of Lane 3(also referred to as island 3). Stand near the sign: “Off-Airport Parking”.
A.When you park your vehicle at DIAPark you can be assured we are doing everything
possible to provide security for you and your vehicle.
- Enhanced Lighting. Light poles with double headed fixtures on each pole.
- Fenced Facility. We have an 8' high chain link fence.
- State of the Art Video Monitoring. We have the ability to monitor our facility both on site as well as off site through a series of cameras.
- Continuous Bus Roaming. Our buses constantly drive through our facility. Our drivers are vigilant and trained to look for any activities out of the ordinary.
- Instant Voice Communication. All of our buses are in constant contact with our dispatch office via Nextel® digital cell phones.
- Instant Visual Tracking. We are one of the only fleet of long term DIA parking shuttle buses to be equipped with Compass Com® GPS. This means that we know exactly where our buses are. That means faster service and less waiting at the airport and at our lot.
Q. What are your rates?
A. Our standard rates posted at the parking lot are $8.25 per day for uncovered parking, and $11.75 per day for covered parking, plus a one time airport access fee of $4.75. Save up to 28% off posted rates when you make a reservation on-line, or show your AAA, AARP, Military ID, or Premier Park Club punch card at check-out.

Q. How often do shuttle buses run?
A. Our shuttles run 24 hours a day, every 10 – 15 minutes. However, please call our office at 303 343-3933 for pick up when you arrive to DIA between 12 am and 6 am.
Q. Do I need a reservation?
A. We recommend that you make an on-line reservation to guarantee that you will get a spot, especially during holidays. You also receive our special on-line discount rate when you make a reservation. However, you will get the same on-line discount without a reservation if you show your AAA card, AARP card, Military ID, or Premier Park Punch card. Click here for online reservation.
Q. Do you have a frequent travelers program?
A. Yes, when you join our Premier Park club program earn 5 free days of parking with every 30 days you park. Ask the cashier at checkout for your Premier Park program punch card.

A. Yes! Many of our customers take advantage of significant additional savings by paying to park on a monthly or annual prepay basis. Please contact us for more information on our long term parking options and rates and associated complimentary services.
Q. When should I arrive at the parking lot?
A. Customers should allow at least 30 minutes to park their cars, get their bags loaded by our drivers and travel to the airport.
Q. Can I get my car tuned up or the oil changed while I travel?
A. Yes, we now offer full care auto service while you travel through Good Hands Auto Care. You contact Good Hands directly and arrange for auto service, and Good Hands picks up your car and drops it off at our lot.
Q. What other services do you provide?
A. You can now get an auto detail while you travel. Click on the tab on the left of this page "Auto Care Services" to view details and pricing.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express. We also accept cash. We regret that we can no longer accept bad checks.
Q. Do you provide handicap shuttle service?
A. Yes we do provide handicap valet shuttle service. Please call us at 303-343-3933 24 hours in advance of your trip, and one of our drivers will meet you at your specified time and check-in gate at DIA. We will valet your vehicle to our lot and park it. Upon your return, we will valet your vehicle to the pick-up area at DIA. When you phone in your reservation you will need to give the cashier a credit card number to pay for your parking. The driver will give you a receipt when he meets you at the pick-up area.
